Job Description:

Join our fast-growing paper goods distribution and manufacturing company as a Inventory & Production Manager! We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual with a strong background in production, inventory management, and supply chain operations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, inventory control, and supply chain management to ensure efficient operations and optimize resources. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Inventory Control: Implement and maintain inventory control processes to accurately track stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and prevent stockouts.
2. Purchasing and Reconciliation: Manage procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and placing orders. Reconcile purchase orders with invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
3. Production Auditing: Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
4. Manufacturing Financial Auditing: Perform financial audits of manufacturing operations to track expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize budget allocation.
5. Production Scheduling and Management: Develop production schedules based on customer demand, inventory levels, and production capacity. Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely execution of orders and efficient use of resources.

Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing new systems and processes to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your experience in manufacturing operations and supply chain management will be instrumental in driving success in this role.
