Illegal Migrants Invade By Speedboat at South California Beach Town

In a bizarre and viral incident this week, a dozen illegal migrants are believed to have evaded border security and entered the United States through a popular beach in Carlsbad, California, just north of San Diego. 

During the incident, 2 surfers were nearly hit by the speed boat that the illegals left abandoned on the beach after they made their way to shore.

Now, California officials are demanding action from both the state and federal governments to secure the border and protect local beaches and beach towns from illegal migrants.

“They’re not afraid. They’re coming here in middle of the day at a crowded beach,” Carlsbad Mayor Keith Blackburn told local media on Monday. “This is not the first incident, It’s starting to get so blatant; they’re not concerned about any kind of enforcement.”
